Who failed Helical Toxins?
Helical Toxins is failed by the player it punishes: a carrier who takes Cultivated Burst, or dies to it, because they never cleared the debuff with the right partner. A wrong merge alone is not charged. LogSnitch shows every failure pull by pull, with who merged with whom.
What is Helical Toxins?
During the intermission of Entombed Sentinels, the whole raid is given Helical Toxins, which lasts 28 seconds. Two players who touch merge it: the right pair clears it from both in the same instant, a wrong pair both gain a stack.
Whoever still carries it when time runs out is punished by Cultivated Burst, an explosion followed by damage over time. A failure usually costs a death or the pull, so LogSnitch weighs it as critical, like a death.

What counts as failing Helical Toxins?
- Cultivated Burst landing on a carrier.
- A killing blow by the mechanic, even seconds after the debuff is gone: its damage keeps ticking.
- Dying with it still on, unsolved, later than the raid's own average time to solve it. Sooner, the player had no time, and the death belongs to the deaths card.
What is not counted?
- A wrong merge on its own: it is drawn, not charged.
- Anything after the wipe was called (death cutoff).
- A carrier who had done nothing wrong by the time the pull was called: shown as not counted.
What does it look like on real pulls?
Over one night of Mythic pulls, LogSnitch counted 16 failures: 7 carriers punished by Cultivated Burst, 7 killed by it, and 2 deaths with the debuff still unsolved.
Which log events show it?

| DamageTaken | damage | The punishment, within 2 s of the carry ending; positions say who touched whom. |
